At The Butterfly Lounge, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. As a solo artist, I carefully schedule each client to ensure everyone receives the time, care, and attention they deserve. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged 100% of the service amount. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule and could still be charged for the appointment. I understand life happens, and emergency exceptions are always considered at my discretion. Thank you for respecting my time and supporting my small business.
